I’m Lakshani Rathnaweera, an undergraduate currently pursuing a special degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) at the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. Being an ESL practitioner, my passion is making English a favourite subject for my students.

This teaching portfolio is a comprehensive documentation of my experiences, skills, and achievements in the internship teaching practicum. Moreover, this particular e-portfolio is based on my teaching practicum sessions over four weeks, from the 08^th of January 2024 to the 02^nd of February 2024, at Jennath International School, Weligama. Within these pages, you will discover my teaching philosophy, a reflective summary of my teaching, detailed lesson plans, an observation write-up, and testimonials related to the internship.
